FPGA board ULX5M developed by Radiona.org and Intergalaktik Ltd. was presented at CERN – The European Organization for Nuclear Research on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025. The presentation was part of the lecture by Patrick Urban (Cologne Chip AG) titled GateMate: A European 28nm FPGA with an Open-Source Toolchain and Radiation Qualification Results within the FPGA Developers’ Forum Seminar (FDF). The lecture will be available online.

Patrick Urban went through the open-source toolchain with a few practical examples, and he gave the audience a sense of what our FPGA can do.
