Open source hardware makers Hans de Raad, Robin Edgar and Pieter Anemaet from the Netherlands are maker-in-residents from June to August 2020 at Radiona lab.
The team of makers from Rotterdam is developing new open source technologies within embedded systems, open sorce hardware and software for lighting systems and smart city technology.
In order to develop the IoT network and the availability of new technologies to all, Radiona has set up its first LoRaWAN DIY gateway called SmartZG – powered by Radiona back in 2017. The lab actively participates in “The Things Network community Zagreb” with the purpose of developing the city of Zagreb as a smart city. For the reason of enhancing the state of IoT technology, the lab decided to host in 2020 maker-in-residence program devoted to the above mentioned topics.
